Kelly Moore bags!
Professional camera bags may be sturdy but you have to admit; its looks can be quite a drag. Picture yourself all dressed up for a wedding or at a casual portrait sessions, having to lug a black bulky, rocky bag screaming “I AM THE PHOTOGRAPHER OF THE DAY!”
As artsy as photography can get or be, the art in its accessories is, for some reason, is lost somewhere. There is virtually no one functional camera bag out there in the market that embellishes itself with a little bit of aesthetics. Or colour for that matter.
While we fully comprehend the practicality of a typical camera bag, this year we wish to bring to you something “Moore”. We have with us…the gorgeous-looking and lusciously luring Kelly Moore bags!
Quite frankly, there really is no one who can better understand the needs and wants of photographer better than a photographer itself. Kelly, being a photographer AND a woman, she truly understood the value of walking functionality with style.
As I open the box of Kelly Moore goods we received today, I was ecstatic! Makes me feel like a kid again. From the moment I opened the packaging up till the handle, I was hooked. Before my eyes was a couture collection of perfectly constructed and cleverly disguised camera bags that looks close to nothing like a camera bag. The colours are just of the perfect shade – nothing too striking, nothing too dull.
The material for the Kelly Moore women are very well-thought inside-out. All Kelly Moore bags have detachable compartments which allows you to adjust accordingly to fit your camera and lenses or remove it totally for casual daily use! Some of them are of magnetic closures which beats velcro or difficult zippers. Boys, you’ll be excited to know that the Kelly Boy comes with a laptop compartment too.
Here’s a sneak preview of the 2 models I played around with today.

The heavy duty thick wall dSLR housing is molded of corrosion free clear polycarbonate, features full capabilities, and operates safely to 60m (200 feet). The housing "O" ring seal is a masterpiece in fail-safe simplicity compared to designs that require stuffing the "O" ring into a groove. You can see that the "O" ring is sealed. The housing size and weight provides neutral buoyancy and superb handling underwater. Camera installation is quick and simple. The dependable controls are conveniently placed at your fingertips, and kept water tight with Ikelite pioneered Quad-Ring® seal glands proven to be the most reliable method for sealing controls. The Ikelite Super-Eye magnifier provided with the housing offers enhanced viewing while wearing a diving mask. Controls for all camera functions are provided with the exception of focus selector lock and diopter adjustment control. | AE/AF lock can be activated with your thumb while holding the housing's handle. All camera modes including D-Movie and Live View can be accessed through the housing. The camera's media card and battery can be removed and replaced without removing the camera from the housing tray. The proven reliable Ikelite bulkhead allows for fail-safe connection of external strobes. Right-angle positioning relieves stress on the sync cord even when the housing is laid on its back. The housing includes iTTL conversion circuitry that puts perfect exposure at your fingertips. The TTL mode provides four 1/3 f/stop increments over or under flash compensation that is added to or subtracted from any compensation entered into the camera. Seven manual power settings in half-stop increments allow for complete creative control. All choices are obtained by simply rotating a knob on the housing back. The special TTL conversion circuitry operates perfectly with current model Ikelite DS digital SubStrobes. See Update Requirements for strobes produced before Sept. '04. Non-Ikelite strobes can be used, but they can not provide TTL or be manually controlled through the housing back. Mount and sync cords for Nikonos strobes and sync cords for Inon or Sea & Sea strobes are available. | All ports from our SLR systems can be utilized, allowing use of most macro, wide angle, and zoom lenses. This system allows you to see that the port is sealed. See the Nikon Port Chart to find the appropriate ports for most popular lenses. The Release Handles allow easy attachment and removal of SubStrobe mounting arms at the touch of a button. Two screws remove the handle and tray assembly for traveling. Adding the #9571.3 1" (2.5cm) ball at release handle allows for attachment of most non-Ikelite arm systems. Adding the #9575.4 mount allows for the attachment of a Pro-V8 LED Video Lite to the top of the release handle. New features added November 2009: |
